Your health data, in the tools you already use.
Connect your Garmin once. health-sync keeps your workouts, sleep, HRV, weight and blood pressure up to date in your own Google Sheets, Calendar and notes - and in a digest your AI assistant can read. You own the data. No new app to check.
Great data, trapped in apps
Your devices record everything. Getting it where you actually work takes effort every time.
Locked in vendor apps
Years of workouts, sleep and heart data sit in an app you must open to see them. Exporting is manual and never up to date.
One device, one app
The watch, the scale and the blood-pressure monitor each keep their own history. Nothing puts them in one place.
Invisible to your tools
Your calendar does not know you slept badly. Your notes do not know you rode 60 km. Your AI assistant knows nothing about your health.
DIY scripts rot
Community scripts break when the vendor changes something, need servers, and are hard for normal people to set up.
Three steps, a few minutes
We do the plumbing; you only decide where your data should live.
Connect once
Sign in with Google and connect your Garmin account. No servers, no API keys, no passwords to paste into scripts.
Pick where it goes
Choose a preset: a spreadsheet with daily rows, a calendar diary, monthly digests for your AI assistant, or any mix.
Forget about it
Data syncs by itself, with exact local times across time zones and daylight-saving changes. You get a message only if something needs your attention.
Into the tools you already use
Everything is written to your own accounts, in plain formats you can keep, search and reuse.
Google Sheets
Daily rows with sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, stress, body battery, steps; tabs for workouts, blood pressure and weight.
Google Calendar
Workouts, sleep and naps as events at the exact time they happened, plus a daily summary. Private by default.
Drive digests
A short monthly summary file in plain text, readable by you and by AI assistants, plus a raw archive you keep forever.
Your AI assistant
Digests are written so a personal assistant or RAG can answer 'how did I sleep this month?' from your own data.
Smart scales to Garmin
Weigh in on a Bluetooth scale, see it in Garmin. Households sharing one scale are told apart automatically.

Health data is personal. We treat it that way.
- Your health data goes to your own Google account. We do not build a profile of you and we never sell data.
- We keep only what is needed to run the sync (encrypted connection tokens and run status), not a copy of your health data.
- Open-source core: you can read exactly what runs, or host it yourself.
- Disconnect with one click and ask us to delete everything at any time.

Questions we expect
Is this official?
No. health-sync is an independent project and is not affiliated with Garmin, Google or Xiaomi. We are applying for official programmes; until then it works through your own account access, the same way you would use the apps.
Do you store my Garmin password?
The goal is that you never type it into our service: you sign in to Garmin yourself and we keep only a revocable token. In early access we onboard people personally, so you can see exactly what is connected.
Which devices are supported?
Garmin watches and bike computers via Garmin Connect, blood-pressure readings stored in Garmin, and Xiaomi Mi Body Composition scales. Other brands depend on demand: tell us yours in the form.
Is it free?
Early access is free. Plans on this page are a preview so we can learn what is worth paying for; nothing is charged now.
Can I host it myself?
Yes. The core is open source and runs in a container with a cron job. The hosted version is for people who do not want to run anything.
What happens to my data if I stop?
Everything already written lives in your own Drive, Sheets and Calendar and stays yours. We delete tokens and any run data when you disconnect.
Get early access
We are onboarding the first users personally. Leave your email and two answers and we will write to you when your devices are supported. No newsletters, no sharing.
